As its name suggests, Éphémère is an ephemeral ale that comes and goes with the seasons. Green apple whispers its influence over lightly spiced white ale, avoiding the cloying sweetness of other fruit brews. Ephemere is an excellent summertime session beer that pairs nicely with lighter fare like the Seven Saints goat cheese salad.

We liked Arrogant Bastard, Stone’s signature American strong ale, just fine all on its own…and when they went and pumped it up with oak chips, we fell in love even harder with the Oaked Bastard.
